
The future objective of cyes is sustained growth in turnover, and to achieve this it has a Strategic Plan 2009-2011 which is deployed for each of the areas forming the organisation. Corporate strategy rests on two basic pillars: territorial and geographical expansion and specialisation and diversification of activities.
First of all, corporate strategy focuses on the sustained increase in turnover stemming from civil engineering, based on strengthening Territorial Managements and Administration, to consolidate the achievements attained, increase activity in the specialities in which there is less presence and establish new territorial bases.
At the same time the company has got under way its internationalisation process, opening an office in Bulgaria, where alliances have been established with local partners with the initial objective of participating in building civil engineering works. It is also intended to head into other countries in South America and North Africa.
Secondly, as a complement to civil engineering and building projects in construction, cyes is making a determined endeavour towards diversification of its business, increasing its presence in the fields of conservation and maintenance of infrastructures, the environment, services and concessions.
The sector of the Environment and Services is where the greatest strategic focus in this period is set, establishing the priority activities connected with integral waste management, water, providing road and street cleaning services and maintenance and production of renewable energies.
