GPto stands for a new application fully designed by cyes to improve economic and administrative management of construction works, by means of:

• - Allowing project planning and execution, obtaining forecasts until either the end of the construction or the end of the year.
• - Making participation possible for all those involved in the purchasing process and an easy imputation of production and costs.
• - Facilitating the information integration with the accounting department.
• - Helping in estimating the cash flow in order to improve current assets and liabilities management.
• - Providing new advanced capacities in multidimensional information operations.

Project certified by the IVAC according to UNE 166001.

Innovagora
Competitive environment monitoring.
Innovagora aims to develop a platform that supports the competitive environment monitoring process, detection of opportunities and enrichment and circulation of ideas. In this regard, it embodies capacities as a technological observatory, a knowledge center for exchanging ideas and discussion. For instance: biographic profile definition, feed reader, document storage, user contents assessment, blogs, wikis, forums...
All these functions are laid down over an architecture that enables strict security to keep it safe, if necessary, the different working scenarios that innovation teams can create.

Tucidides
Platform for intensive knowledge project management
The Tucidides project seeks technological progress in knowledge management of the cyes Group.
Besides the basic capacities in project management (task planning and tracking, forecasting, budget control...), this platform gives other aid that allow the generation and sharing of experiences among the members of the project: wikis, forums, documentary management, etc.

This tool is a Technology Platform which provides support for Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Environment, Risks Prevention, Innovation and R&D…) and administrative management processes, helping, among other things, in the tasks of:

• - Document editing, revising and publishing.
• - Management of non-conformities and the preventing and correcting actions.
• - Devising and tracking of auditory plans.
• - Notifying, researching, and registering of incidents and accidents.
• - Customer complaints management.
